What is Kava?

is a root from South East Asia (Fijian Islands) and it’s traditionally ground up into a tea for ceremonies/ celebrations. It is often used for its relaxation as well as calming effects. Most kava enjoyers say that it has a slight mouth numbing effect!
While it is a bit bitter, It commonly pairs best with flavored creamers and is typically served in a shell, due to tradition.

Herbal Tea (Mitragyna Speciosa)
is a large tree found in Southeast Asia. The age of the dried leaves are what determine the effects/ strains.
There are three main strains are: Red, White and Green.
Red: Relaxation.
Green: Mood boost/enhancing.
White: Energy boosting.
Flavor wise it is comparable to green tea and pairs best with juices and syrups. You can mix and match strains as well.
